AEB Open Event: M&A Deals in Russia in 2024 |

The AEB is pleased to invite you to the Finance and Investments Committee’s conference “M&A Deals in Russia in 2024: New Trends in New Realities?”. The event will take place on May 23, 2024, Thursday, from 14:00 to 20:00 in the AEB Conference Center (Butyrsky Val St. 68/70 b.1, 1st floor, office 13). In 2022-2023 we observed a series of M&A transactions with foreign participation, companies have withdrawn from Russia or changed its set-up. The conference will serve as a one-stop event and give the opportunity to receive the most up-to-date information related to M&A deals: Regulatory issues of M&A transactions with participation of foreign companies, M&A market and deals – results and trends for 2024, Key issues in M&A deals: legal, regulatory, financial aspects, New challenges for foreign shareholders and management of foreign companies. The event will be opened by Tadzio Schilling, AEB CEO, and Andrey Zharskiy, AEB Finance and Investments Committee Chair, Partner at ALRUD Law Firm. The AEB Intellectual Property Committee is pleased to invite you to its annual open event “Intellectual Property Rights: Recent Trends, Practices, Problems and Solutions”. The event will take place on Wednesday, 29 May 2024 from 9:00 until 15:30 (Moscow time) in the AEB Conference Center (Moscow, 68/70, Butyrsky Val, bld. 1, office 13). For your convenience, registration will start at 08:30. The conference will focus on key issues in the sphere of intellectual property in Russia, including an overview of legislation improvements, established practices in applying regulatory acts, court practices and much more detailed information and analysis provided by high profile speakers from EAEU, IPR Court, Rospatent, EAPO, FAS and international law firms.
