Thanks much for your question. As you may imagine, your housing requirement for family accommodation within walking distance to the Anglo-American School (AAS) falls into a segment of the highest demand, and thus the prices are quite high. With your preferences, the most suitable options are:
- Porovkoye-Glebovo (Beregovaya Street) - a secure complex just across the street from the AAS. It has a lot of green space and there are currently several available apartments. Most 2 bedrooms options are priced under $10,000/month, but 3+ bedroom options typically start only as low as $12,500/month.
- Pokrovsky Hills (PH) - This compound is adjacent to the AAS, but it is unlikely that a townhouse will be available to you as it has a long waiting list. Current prices for 3 bedroom units in PH range from $11,500/month (160 sq.m) to $15,000/month (212 sq.m).
- Apartments in the Leningradsky Prospect area - If you consider apartments within a short driving distance to the AAS, then there are several quality 3+ bedroom apartments that could be suitable. Current options range in price from $6,000 - $15,000/month.
