Question:
Is dental advice available on line? I have a wisdom tooth growing through but it is causing me an unacceptable level of discomfort, should I be worried?
HW
Answer:
Good afternoon Sorry, we're not dental experts; however in general, wisdom teeth unless infected / impacted are not things that require urgent surgical intervention. The difficulty is that if the angle of the tooth is such that it cannot erupt easily, your symptoms are not going to settle easily and it "may" end up a more difficult job for the dentist is tackled later. Best you at least get an opinion based on X-ray and dentist's consultation. Personally, I had good experience with US Dental Care and recommend them. Hope this helps.
