Question:
What's the best creme for scabies treatment and where do I get it here? Is Elimite available? My chemist gave me Benzyl Benzoate and Sulfodecorterm (which I assume is Sulfur).
Joe
Answer:
Dear Mr Joe ,
Benzyl Benzoate is an older prepartion which was widely used about 10 years ago for scabies and is still prescribed in Russia .You can use this for scabies and treatment should be applied to the whole body for about 3 days. Now new ointments are available and one new application is Spregal that consists of esdepalletrin and piperonylbytoxide. This medication is available in our pharmary as a lotion and as a sprey.
