Question:
Is vitamin E in the tocotrienol form superior to the tocopherol form? Is it available here in Moscow?
jd
Answer:
Dear jd,
With regard to tocotrienol which is derived from rice bran, I can only inform you that it is very effective in lowering cholesterol in most people. It is ineffective in 25 % of people and because it competes with Vitamin E ( tocopherol ) becomes ineffective if used concomittently with this. As for other uses it has I cannot comment but information will be available on search websites. It is not available in Moscow.
Regards, Doctor.
