| Hello Doc I could use some advice on this subject For the last week I have had a feeling at the tip of my penis that its storing fluid it has the feelings similiar to a slight burn. The thing is i have this feeling all day long. I have been 100% healthy until this happened. Im also 21 years old if that helps. Thank you in advance
