Question:
I have something red, relatively small and oval-shaped in the middle of my neck, just above my collar bone. It feels like a pimple, but I've had it for over a year now. Any idea of what it could be, and how I can get rid of it?

Answer:
Sorry, it's not possible to say what this is without seeing it. It may be something as a sebaceous cyst or a lipoma, or it may be something more - and effective and safe 'treatment' i.e. removal will obviously depend on getting the diagnosis right. Best to have your doctor see the problem at first hand.
