Question:
I've checked the site that shows all the pharmaceuticals available in Russia, but my translation software is not up to doing brand names and I'm not yet good enough to read them myself. Are ergoloid mesylates and / or piracetam available in Russia?
zwk
Answer:
Piracetam (brand name - Nootropil) is readily available in Russia. The only ergotamine preparation available is Cafergot (this is ergotamine tartrate and caffeine mix). It can be a bit hard to find in some pharmacies, but is definitely licensed for use. If you are in Moscow the International SOS clinic will be able to help you.
