Answer:
Dear KM, I assume you are referring to topical treatment for vaginal candidiasis. If so, then, yes, it is possible to buy anti-fungal cream or pessaries over the counter.. However it is always wise to visit the doctor first to make sure the diagnosis is correct. On many occasions discharge is not caused by yeast infection and it is usually a good idea to take swabs for microbiological analysis. Regards, Ask the Doctor
