Question:
I have very sensitive skin - despite keeping covered up and using high factor sun cream a few heat blisters that I got on holiday have turned into moles. Even if only for aesthetic reasons, I'd like them removed. Can you suggest where and how much this might cost.
KR
Answer:
Dear KR
It depends on the number of moles , the size of the lesions and complexity of surgery, the site and the clinical diagnosis. Fo example a wider excision is made if malignancy is suspected. We have a very good surgeon that we can use if the number and size of lesions warrant it. It is a little unusual for blisters to turn into moles but I cannot comment at this stage on the clinical diagnosis.
I hope this helps, but obviously it would be necessary to do a thorough skin review. The first step would be to visit a family doctor or dermatologist at the International SOS Moscow Clinic. They will then recommend further treatment. An initial consultation will cost $105.
Regards , Doctor.
