I often got diahrhea lately (once a month), and have gained 5kg in three weeks. Recently I felt bloated. Also I find it hard to sleep at night. May I know what am I suffering from? Is it normal?

Answer:
Thank you for your inquiry. It's certainly not normal but in the absence of more information it's difficult to offer a likely diagnosis. Depending on age and gender, for example, and other symptoms, it could be a simple as constipation (yes, constipation can present as paradoxical diarrhea) and as complex as congestive heart failure.... best see your doctor ASAP. And before you go, write down for your and his/her reference a comprehensive and sequential "history" of what you have felt and what you see objectively. History is 80% of diagnosis...
