19:00 Hansjörg Albrecht (Germany)
Hansjörg Albrecht and the State Academic Chamber Orchestra of Russia will perform works by Liszt, Bach, Escaich, Hanuš and Hakim. Hansjörg Albrecht is a German organist, harpsichordist, and conductor. He started his musical career by singing in the Holy Cross Choir in Dresden, and later pursued studies in organ and conducting in Hamburg, Lyon, and Cologne. He served as organist at St. Michael's Church in Hamburg and went on to work as an accompanist for Peter Schreier before becoming the artistic director of the Munich Bach Choir and the Munich Bach Orchestra. He has conducted many orchestras, including the Orchestra Sinfonica Nazionale della RAI in Turin, the Orchestra and Chorus of the Teatro San Carlo in Naples, the Orchestra Sinfonica Siciliana, the Haydn Orchestra Bolzano, the Prague Philharmonic, the Bavarian State Orchestra, the Moscow Baroque Orchestra, the Munich Symphony Orchestra, and the Munich Radio Orchestra. In addition to directing the Munich Bach Choir, Albrecht has also conducted the Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach Choir of Hamburg. A frequent guest at music festivals, Albrecht has performed at the Gustav Mahler Music Weeks in Toblach, the Settembre Musica in Turin, the Heidelberg Spring Festival, the International Organ Festival in Nuremberg, and the Saar Music Festival. He records for Oehms Classics, which released his recording of his organ transcription of Franz Liszt's A Faust Symphony in 2018.

19:00 National Philharmonic of Russia
Vladimir Spivakov, the art director and chief conductor of National Philharmonic of Russia will conduct his orchestra in “Zaryadye” for the first time. The highest culture of performance along with thought-provoking programmes and immaculate choice of soloists are trademarks of the maestro and the collective created by him. This night, one of the most brilliant contemporary pianists, Alexander Gavrylyuk plays with the Orchestra. In 1999 Gavrylyuk won the Vladimir Horowitz Competition, in 2000 the Hamamatsu Competition and in 2005, most notably, the 2005 Arthur Rubinstein Competition. He tours the world regularly, while he’s a darling in Japan, where local press once called him “the most promising young pianist of the end of the 20th century”. Alexander Gavrylyuk has become Steinway endorser in 2003. The pianist frequently plays at Vladimir Spivakov Festival in Colmar (France). The National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia (NPR) was founded in January 2003 by the Ministry of Culture according to the special instruction of President Putin. The Orchestra united top orchestra musicians and gifted youth. During the 13 years of its activities, the NPR has succeeded in becoming one of the best symphonic orchestras of Russia and in gaining admiration from the audience and recognition from the professionals. Vladimir Spivakov, a world-known violinist and conductor, is the head of the Orchestra.

20:00 Sabaton (Sweden)
Sonically triumphant and lyrically war-obsessed, Sweden's Sabaton have been a major force in the power metal field since the mid-2000s. Originally founded in 1999, the enterprising group quickly produced two demo tapes that were later released in a limited-edition as Fist for Fight in 2002. Sabaton saw their first would-be official album, Metalizer, inexplicably kept out of the marketplace for a full two years (it, too, belatedly reached the public in 2007). Tired of waiting, the members of Sabaton, once again took matters into their own hands, and financed the recording of another album, Primo Victoria, which was officially released in 2005 by the Black Lodge label. It also opened the floodgates for a slew of popular singles and battle metal LPs to follow, including 2006's Attero Dominatus, 2008's The Art of War, and 2010's Coat of Arms, all of them bursting at the seams with historic and mythical chronicles of battle set to anthemic power metal. The band became increasingly successful across Europe, as witnessed on 2011's live album, World War Live: Battle of the Baltic Sea, featuring a dozen tracks and ten different countries. The following year's Carolus Rex hit number one in Sweden and Poland, but it was the last for that lineup; 2014's Heroes featured new guitarists Chris Rörland and Thobbe Englund, plus new drummer Hannes van Dahl, alongside stalwarts Brodén and Sundström. Preceded by the rousing single the "Last Battalion," the conceptual Last Stand, the band's eighth studio album, dropped in August 2016. On November 11, 2018 the group entered the Black Lounge Studios with producer Jonas Kjellgren to start recording, with the specific start date being the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War. Inspired by the horrors of the war and the armies that fought, the resulting album, The Great War, was issued in mid-2019. That same year the group also started the online video channel Sabaton History, which charted the band's career and celebrated their 20th anniversary, while the stand-alone single, "Bismarck" -- recounting the sinking of the German battleship of the same name -- was also issued.
