Closing Gala of the international project. Musica Viva Moscow Chamber Orchestra, conductor Alexander Walker together with Jean-Denis Michat (saxophone, France), Maria Nemtsova (piano) and Vitaly Vatulya (saxophone, Young prize winners of the 2016/17 “Music for Peace” project) will perform at the closing gala of Re:Formers international festival of actual classic. Jean-Denis Michat is one of the most recognized classical saxophone players in Europe, Professor of the Lyon Conservatoire, composer, popularizer of the modern classical music for saxophone. Being an endorser of RICO, the leading manufacturer of reeds for the wind instruments, Jean Denis actively travels over the world with lections and master classes. Vitaly Vatulya and Maria Nemtsova of the VitaDuo have been recognized as one of the most interesting ensembles performing in the chamber music world today. The rare combination of saxophone and piano was formed in 2006, when the Duo won their first Prize at the prestigious festival in Moscow.
