 Daniel Salvador is a graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Madrid and winner of the JM International organ competition (2009). The musician's work as a church organist began at a young age. As a concert organist, the musician has performed at leading venues in Spain and throughout Europe and has taken part in international festivals. The organist collaborates with the Villa de Madrid and Stylus Cubicularis chamber orchestras with which he has recorded several discs of Spanish baroque music. From 2010 to 2012 he was a member of the board of the Royal Conservatory of Madrid and a jury member of international organ competitions. Daniel Salvador is also known as a composer: his works are performed at international festivals of contemporary music. In the field of musicology, Daniel Salvador is an expert in liturgy, and it is he who is responsible for the creation of musical scenarios, the writing of works and their interpretation during the major Christian festivals in Spain. The musician also devotes a great deal of energy to teaching. For many years he taught organ playing, music history, analysis and polyphony at the Mater Salvatoris College in Madrid. Since 2014. Daniel Salvador is a guest lecturer in the Department of Composition at the Royal Conservatory of Madrid. He is the author of a program about the history of music on the radio. Daniel Salvador is currently the titular organist of the Pontifical Basilica of St Michael, the temple of the Apostolic Nunciature in the Kingdom of Spain, as well as the music director of the organ concert series of the Vatican Embassy in Spain.
