Melodrama, comedy. France, Belgium 2017, 103 min. Directed by Antony Cordier. Starring: Félix Moati, Laetitia Dosch, Christa Théret, Marina Foïs, Johan Heldenbergh, Guillaume Gouix. In French with Russian subtitles. Gaspard hasn't spoken with his eccentric family, who run a private zoo in the French provinces, for a long time. But now his father is planning to get married again, and the prodigal son must return home. Along the way, he meets the charming and direct Laura, who convinces him to let her play his girlfriend in order to withstand his relatives' presence a little more easily. She can't imagine, however, what an explosive mix of intermingled family relations, ancestral secrets, and eccentric habits await her. Gaspard himself must once again establish a relationship with his flighty father, too-positive brother, and alarmingly beautiful sister - and at long last, grow up.
