18:00 16th Annual Israeli Film Festival: An Israeli Love Story

In Hebrew with Russian subtitles. 18-year-old Margalit loves theatre and dreams of becoming an actress. One day, she meets 24-year-old Eli Ben Zvi, from the Beit Keshet kibbutz, and falls in love with him. She wants to get closer to him, but it’s not as simple as it sounds. Slowly, they break down the barriers between them. He notices Margalit, and she plans to move into the kibbutz with him, giving up on her dream of becoming an actress. The date of the wedding is already announced, but soon, cruel reality strikes.

Baby Driver

A new thriller by Edgar Wright, director of “Hot Fuzz” and “Scott Pilgrim vs. The World,” with Kevin Spacey, Jon Hamm, and Jamie Foxx, among others.

In the hopes of regaining his wife’s love, Eligio sets off after her to the cold wilds of America, where he must clash with a foreign northern culture, international passions, and personal conflicts. A melodrama by Roberto Sneider, the producer of “Frida,” with Gael Garcia Bernal and Verónica Echegui in the leading roles.
