Alex von Schlippenbach is arguably the most influential improvisation jazz musician in Europe, the founder of Globe Unity Orchestra and a number of other milestone bands - particularly, the trio named after him. Alex is coming to Moscow with a big-name British Evan Parker and a drummer Paul Lovens; and it is a "killing power": absolutely fascinating music by the pioneers of European academic jazz who have been working together for nearly 40 years.
