James Taylor and David Brown aka Swayzak (apparently in Polish this means "union") , friends and former work colleagues, have made music together since 1993. Their first release ( 1997) ‘Bueno / Fukumachi’ was well received and the follow up ‘Speedboat / Low Res Skyline’ was deemed a classic by many trainspotters! Having released 5 albums, 2 DJ compilations and several other projects Swayzak never shy away from making music. While Taylor runs the ‘240 Volts’ label and records his own material under name "Darkfarmer" and 'James Taylor'. Brown plays most weekends with percussionist Francesco Brini as "Swayzak" and DJ Roger 23 as 'Swayzak Soundsystem' . He is also running 'Voltmusik' label and planning a new venture with Roger 23.
