The American band Anthrax has performed truly great services for establishment and development of speed- and trash-metal. Along with such universally recognized gurus of the trend as Metallica and Megadeth, Anthrax played key role in genre's evolution, deservedly entering the "Big Four" of trash (along with Metallica, Megadeth and Slayer). Combining speed and brightness of punk-hardcore and accentuated guitar sound and heavy-metal vocals, Anthrax helped to form a new kind of heavy metal that tuned to be exceptionally efficient and commercially successful. Since their debut album released in 1984, the band has been diligently carried out musical experiments resulted finally in a new style bordering on metal, rap and hardcore. Anthrax is reputed now as one of the most famous trash-metal bands of the 1980s. Besides, Anthrax features a keen sense of proportion standing out against a background of Metallica and Megadeth: they can timely add a piece of humour and realism to their serious music. Moscow welcomes Anthrax golden line-up head by Joey Belladonna.

Iggy Pop is considered to be one of the most important innovators of punk and related styles. He is sometimes referred to by the nicknames "the Godfather of Punk" and "the Rock Iguana", and is widely acknowledged as one of the most dynamic stage performers of rock.  Jamie Davis entered the pantheon of great jazz vocalists, renowned for his talent and deep and soft baritone. He shared the stage with such jazz legends as Patti Austin, Tony Bennett, George Benson, Count Basie orchestra, Rosemary Clooney, Billy Cobham to name just a few. Sir Michael Parkinson, the BBC’s arbiter of important international jazz named Davis' voice "the chocolate baritone" after Jamie's joint performance with BBC sixty-four piece Orchestra and Big Band in London in 2007. Davis gives concerts in Europe and USA, takes part in all prestigious international festivals. His collaboration with Count Basie orchestra when he toured with the orchestra as a leading vocalist and headliner can be called an especially remarkable milestone in Jamie's creative career. Davis’ solo CDs "It’s All About Love", "It’s A Good Thing" and the newly released "Vibe Over Perfection" are receiving critical acclaim. The last two recordings on the Unity Music label reunited Jamie with members of the Count Basie Orchestra and some of Los Angeles’ finest instrumentalists. "It’s A Good Thing" was chosen as ‘Album of the Week’ on the digital radio station Thejazz.com in December 2007.

 Club festival "Jazz in Motion" features Russian and American stars of jazz, blues, soul, R'n'B. Musical boundaries of this jazz project are always being extended: new names appear, unusual projects emerge, all trends of music are masterfully mixed. "Jazz in Motion" combines relaxing mainstream jazz, beautiful voices of popular vocalists, flashing energy of young artists and free and easy atmosphere of the summer evening. And, of course, the household names: Mariam and Armen Merabovy, Anton Gorbunov and "Den Tvorchestva", Eteri Beriashvili and Eteri Jazz, Alexey Kuznetsov Quartet. Mariam is the best voice of "We Will Rock You" musical and the soloist of Miraif band, as well as the permanent back-vocalist of Russian singers at Eurovision contest. Eteri Beriashvili is one of few Russian musicians to sign a record deal with the international label (Universal Music Russia). Alexey Kuznetsov performs classic jazz, demonstrating continuity of generations. Being the legendary guitarist with concerts at Olympic Village under his belt as well as tens of albums Alexey is the Honoured Artist of the Russian Federation. Anton Gorbunov is a bassist with broad musical interests who showed his worth both in popular and independent music. He is the major Russian expert on "stick" (an electric musical instrument devised by Emmett Chapman in the early 1970s).
