Australian Film Festival is an annual event by the Australian Embassy in Moscow, supported by Screen Australia. This major effort to raise awareness and appreciation of Australian films and culture is proving to be increasingly popular with Russian audiences. Traditionally, the festival is hosted by Khudozhestvenny Cinema in the very centre of Moscow. Australian Film Festival 2010 features 9 Australian feature films to be shown in English with Russian subtitles. Read more

The Embassies of France, Switzerland, Belgium, and Canada in Russia, CoolConnections and 35 mm cinema present "Francophonie Film Festival" to take place in Moscow on March 24-29 at 35 mm cinema. The festival comprises 11 feature films, 4 documentaries and 5 short films by directors from France, Canada, Switzerland, and Belgium. The opening film of the festival is "Adieu Gary" (Goodbye Gary) that will be presented by Nassim Amaouche (director) and Dominique Reymond (actress). Read more
