19:30. International Kansk Video Festival was launched in 2002 in a small Siberian town Kansks (pronounced as Cannes in Russian) as an artistic joke about Siberia having its own ‘Festival de Cannes’. Now it annually hosts an international jury from the industry and artistic communities, running international film and video-art competitions with a special screenings program. This year the festival presents 19 short films authored by the directors from Spain, Thailand, USA, Germany, Austria, Russia, France.
