Her electrifying presence behind the decks always incites people to dance non-stop, and to share their energy. Daria was born in Geneva into a swiss-iranian family, and she grew up in an influential artistic and creative environment. Since 2002 she was a resident DJ at Weetamix Club in Geneva, along with Luciano and Sonja Moonear, where she played with musicians such as Ricardo Villalobos, Carl Craig, Daniel Bell, Derrick May, Richie Hawtin and many more. In 2008 she joined the Cadenza family and released her first solo EP on lomidhigh lmtd records. Her music elegantly shifts between the lightness of warm percussions and the shiny tension of bright arpeggiated melodies, assuring the excitement of the dancer as well emotions of the listener.
