Read your recent answer about androgen replacement. I've heard about a testosterone cream that is applied topically to the skin on one's arms. Is this available in Moscow?

Answer:
Dear OP,
Testosterone is available as a controlled substance in the form of tablets or injections for proven androgen deficiency in males. For the same reason it is available in the west as a controlled release adhesive patch. There is no patch or cream available in Moscow. Regards , Doctor.
