A political satire from one of the most famous American comedians. The story of a quirky political consultant who does everything in his power to install a Democrat mayor in a small town where voters have always voted Republican. The hometown campaign is plagued by scandals and takes on national significance: now the whole country is watching the outcome of this small election.

At first, it seems that everything is really going better than before, but these are just first impressions. Contradictions and problems pile up, eventually destroying the family from the inside.
