19:00 INTRADA Vocal Ensemble: Purcell and Handel Cecilian Odes
INTRADA will perform Purcell and Handel
Cecilian Odes. Intrada is a leading Russian-based vocal ensemble of a new generation directed by Ekaterina Antonenko. «Due to high professionalism, faultless taste and perfect diction» («Classica.FM»). Intrada is considered to be «the best Moscow choir today» («Musical Life», 2018). INTRADA was named the 2019 Ensemble of the Year («Musical review»). INTRADA enjoys performing early music in collaboration with world-renowned artists – «The Tallis Scholars» and Peter Phillips, «Il Giardino Armonico» and Giovanni Antonini, «Le Poème Harmonique» and Vincent Dumestre, «I Fagiolini» and Robert Hollingworth, The Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, Frieder Bernius, Jean-Christophe Spinosi, Hans-Christoph Rademann, Stefano Montanari, etc. INTRADA is regularly invited to perform with Moscow’s leading orchestras under renowned conductors, such as the Russian State Symphony Orchestra under Vladimir Jurowski, Moscow Soloists under Yuri Bashmet, Russian National Orchestra under Mikhail Pletnev – venues, including Moscow and St.-Petersburg Philharmonic, Mariinski Concert Hall, Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory, Moscow International House of Music and the Moscow Kremlin. INTRADA is a regular guest at the Moscow festival «December Nights» founded by Svyatoslav Richter at the State Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts.

19:00 State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Russia "Evgeny Svetlanov"
The State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Russia "Evgeny Svetlanov" performs various works by Haydn, Mozart and Beethoven. The Orchestra is one of the country’s oldest symphonic ensembles. The orchestra has performed at the most prestigious venues, such as the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory, Tchaikovsky Concert Hall, Bolshoi Theatre, Pillar Hall of the House of the Unions, the State Kremlin Palace (Moscow), Carnegie Hall (New York), the Kennedy Center (Washington, DC), Musikverein (Vienna), the Royal Albert Hall (London), Salle Pleyel (Paris), Teatro Colon (Buenos Aires), and Suntory Hall (Tokyo). In 2013 the orchestra had a performance at the Moscow Red Square for the first time. The orchestra’s discography includes hundreds of vinyl records and CDs released by leading Russian and foreign labels. Ever since it’s first tour abroad in 1956 the orchestra regularly represents Russian culture in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Hong Kong, Denmark, Italy, Canada, China, Lebanon, Mexico, New Zealand, Poland, USA, Thailand, France, Czechoslovakia, Switzerland, South Korea, Japan and many other countries. In 2006, 2011 and 2017 the ensemble was rewarded with Presidential commendations.
