Aikido
Aikido is a Japanese martial art, combining martial studies, religion and philosophy. There are several major aikido schools in Moscow including the branch of the International aikido center. These aikido schools offer classes both for beginners and experienced fighters. Self defense, strength of will, courage, peace of mind and harmony with yourself - these are the most important things you learn when attending aikido school.

Ballet Classes
Ballet is a kind of classical dance. Traditional and modern ballet lessons are available in Moscow in several dance centers and ballet studios. Ballet studios teach choreography, plastique and develop artistic skills. Both children and adults can have ballet lessons. Trainers in the ballet studios work in small groups and develop individual exercise course for each pupil at the very beginning of the programme.

Capoeira Classes
Capoeira is a kind of human activity combining element of the martial art and dance. Some people come to capoeira schools to keep fit, others find capoeira lessons very energetic and cheerful, yet others refer capoeira to a universal philosophy of movement. Capoeira classes are usually accompanied by live Brazilian music elicited from three major instruments Berimbau, Atabaque and Pandeiro. There are several capoeira schools in Moscow.
