Are you an expatriate?

An expatriate (in abbreviated form, expat) is a person temporarily or permanently residing in a country and culture other than that of the person's upbringing or legal residence.

You're not really an expat if you're living where you're a citizen. For example, as an American, I could never call myself an expat if I were living in New York or Los Angeles, which are not where I was born or reared. Does Moscow's culture and language differ that much from where you were reared?

I found it. Togliatti is near the huge Samara Dam. How often do you go back home or is Moscow now home Miss O?

Would you mind telling me what it means this proverb please Miss O. Is it like the sad Australian proverb, Get back on your f***king boat and pi** off back where you f*****g came from or something similar? I canīt stand racists or stupid people who think they own places. So tell us what the Ponaehali tyt proverb is please!

Is it something similar to what the newer expat often uses when talking to the police? "Я не пятницу" instead of "Я не понимаю"

Who says it? Does it mean something like Pete says "foreigner get out of here and go back to where you came from", or is it something to kind of make fun of the way a foreigner might say some stuff in Russian incorrectly?
