Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Fabio Mastrangelo (Italy-Russia) presents a final concert of the 15th Nutcracker International Television Contest for Young Musicians. The mission of the competition is to attract the public attention to the children's music education, to find young gifted musicians able to continue the best performing traditions in the 21st century and to provide them with various opportunities for their artistic potential realization. The contest is limited to solo performance of classical music in the following fields: piano, strings (violin, cello, harp), winds (except for block flute) and percussions. The performances of participants of the Final and Closing Ceremony of the contest will be accompanied by Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra, which was founded in 1951 and has toured more than fifty countries, performing nearly 5500 concerts in some of the best concert halls in the world, and laureates of last contests.
