00:00 Ruvenzori: DJ Mountain People (Germany)
Andre Schmid and Philippe Egger have been masters of the minimal deep house sound since 2006 with the release of the Mountain People project, but their collective history runs deep, with Andre behind the Rozzo pseudonym since 1994, and Philipe the man behind Serafin since the turn of the millennium. As Mountian People, the duo have gelled together to produce some amazing house music on their Mountain People label, and also DJ together, including a spot at Ushuaia last Summer with Luciano. So be prepared for a sophisticated ride from Mountain People.

21:00 The World of Drum & Bass Festival: DJs The Upbeats (New Zealand), Zardonic (USA)
The World of Drum & Bass festival features DJs The Upbeats (New Zealand), Zardonic (USA), Aphrodite, DJ SS, The Prototypes (UK), Teddy Killerz, Profit, Rusty K. Known collectively as The Upbeats, Jeremy Glenn and Dylan Jones (a.k.a Terror Snake and Downie Wolf) have been writing epic genre-redefining drum and bass together for eleven years. Full-time DJs and producers since early 2004, the duo perform on a regular basis across the globe (North America, Asia, Europe, Australasia and beyond), run their own recording imprint Non Vogue and have released countless underground hit records on some of the most respected drum and bass labels on the planet (Virus Recordings, Bad Taste, Soul:r). Three classic full-length albums into their career (The Upbeats, Nobody's Out There and Big Skeleton), at the point where most artists begin to stutter, stumble and fall – The Upbeats only continue to go from strength to strength, constantly changing the international drum and bass game as only they can. It's hard to think of successful, hard-edged, Latin-American DJs without thinking Federico Agreda Alvarez, best known as Zardonic. The Bass titan has released original tracks with three time Grammy award winner Skrillex's OWSLA label and America's top Drum & Bass DJ Dieselboy's Human Imprint label; toured the entire world with a busy event schedule from his hometown Barquisimeto to Tokyo; gained worldwide air plays on BBC Radio 1; featured his music in live DJ sets by Knife Party, Bassnectar, Skream, Benga, Andy C, John B and the likes; shared the stage with créme de la créme DJs like The Outside Agency, Audio, Calvertron, Dylan, DJ Hidden as well as world renowned characters like Zombie Boy (famous for his cameo in the video "Born This Way" by Lady Gaga), The Mexican Vampire Woman (Guinness World Record of the woman with the most body changes) and metal titans Dimmu Borgir; and that's just for starters. Born and raised in Venezuela, Zardonic encompasses everything from glitch hop and electro to drum & bass and hardcore, all while wearing a frighteningly enigmatic mask that has become his personal brand and signature. Accumulating a prolific total of almost 100 releases to date since his first metal project demos till the present day solid full lengths, Zardonic has released several singles and remixes for majors like Nine Inch Nails and Beyoncé. The drum'n'bass DJ and producer Gavin King (Aphrodite) from Eltham, UK is one of the original rave scene and Jungle pioneers. He runs the label Aphrodite Recordings and has founded Urban Takeover with Michael Hearn aka Micky Finn. He took his artist name from the name of a house night he used to co-promote from 1988-1990 whilst at Warwick University. He held a regular Sunday show on pirate station Pulse FM until the station shut down in 1995. After an astonishing rise to fame DJ and production duo The Prototypes have rapidly become the most recognized name among the "new breed" of drum and bass artists. Accredited as amongst the freshest and most exciting talents to emerge in recent years its no wonder that leading lights "Shogun Audio" signed them up. With a trademark big room sound support for The Prototypes has come from all areas including Andy C, Friction, Sub Focus, Roni Size, Fresh, Pendulum and more. 2011 saw The Prototypes tear apart the Drum & Bass scene gig by gig & track by track, performing up and down the country and touring Australia and Europe. Firmly cementing their place in the scene as top DJ's and producers.
