22:00 Ingrid Lucia & The Flying Neutrinos (USA)
Ingrid Lucia & The Flying NeutrinosLed by vocalist Ingrid Lucia and trombonist Todd Londagin, the New Orleans retro-blues and jazz quintet the "Flying Neutrinos" features guitarist Matthew Munisteri, double bassist Jim Greene, saxophonist Dan Levinson, and drummer David Berger. The band was originally formed in the 1980's by Lucia's father, the wandering adventurer David Pearlman (aka Poppa Neutrino), and Pearlman's wife, Betsy Terrell. The Flying Neutrinos' debut LP, titled "I'd Rather Be in New Orleans", was released in 1997. The band's vocalist and leader Ingrid Lucía has a voice which resembles of early Billie Holiday but still possesses her own unique sound and style. The repertoire mainly includes immortal classics of jazz, performed in Lucía's sweet and sassy style. The band also works with original material, such as Mark Cally's "Mr. Zoot Suit" from the 1999 film "Three to Tango". Regardless of what the band is playing - blues, swing, classical jazz - they perform with a faultless sense of rhythm - sometimes syncopated, sometimes languid, but always entertaining and interesting. The group's captivating and vivid live performances can hardly leave anyone indifferent. More info

20:00 Rammstein (Germany), Deathstars (Sweden)
Formed in 1994 in East Berlin, Germany, this confrontational alternative rock band takes its name indirectly from the western German town of Ramstein, site of an airshow disaster in 1988. The band's signature song, the eponymous "Rammstein", is a commemoration of the tragedy that took place at the Ramstein Air Base. The extra "m" in the band's name means that it translates literally as "ramming stone", or "battering ram". The bands style, an explosive mixture of horror, romantism, explosive and unhinged live shows and dark heavy music quickly made them famous throughout the world. Even though the majority of the group's lyrics is in German, the band has enjoyed success in a huge number of countries outside of Germany, including Russia as well. During their concerts in Moscow Rammstein are going to share the scene with another well-know industrial metal band - Swedish Deathstars. Read more
