19:00 Cross-roads of Paris. Ludmil Berlinskaya (Russia) & Arthur Ancelle (France)
Ludmil Berlinskaya (Russia) and Arthur Ancelle (France) will perform Ferents Liszt, Camille Saint-Saens and Achille-Claude Debussy. Ludmila Berlinskaia and Arthur Ancelle started concertizing as a piano duo in 2011. The ideal meeting of two great musicians that understand each other perfectly on stage as well as on every aspect of life made sparks fly, and the duo started a dazzling rise. In France, they are invited to perform Salle Cortot, Salle Gaveau, at the Pianofolies festival in Le Touquet; in Switzerland, they are invited to the Sommets Musicaux de Gstaad and the Festival de Boswil for a world premiere of the entire Debussy and Ravel repertoire for four hands and two pianos. In Russia they perform in numerous festivals, such as the prestigious December Nights Festival in Moscow and in the biggest halls such as Saint Petersburg, Moscow and Nijni Novgorod Philharmonic Halls. They conquered their audience with the authenticity of their interpretation, a perfect concord on stage as well as with original and refined programs.

20:00 John Grant (USA). Special Guest - Budgie (UK)
John Grant began his career as frontman of the Czars, a Colorado-based band whose music split the difference between shoegaze, dream pop, and alternative country. Fueled by Grant's songwriting and rich baritone vocals, the band released a pair of independent albums in the '90s before signing with Bella Union, a British label run by two former members of the Cocteau Twins. The Czars established a small international audience during the new millennium, but albums like Before...But Longer and The Ugly People vs. the Beautiful People failed to attract a larger following, and the group ultimately broke up in 2004. After the split, Grant moved to New York and began working as a sideman for bands like Midlake and the Flaming Lips. He also continued writing songs. In 2009, members of Midlake joined Grant in the recording studio, serving as his backup band during the creation of his first solo project. The resulting album -- a quirky, cynical record titled Queen of Denmark -- was released by Bella Union in 2010. Recorded in Reykjavik with Biggi Veira of Icelandic electro-pop outfit GusGus, Grant's sophomore solo outing, Pale Green Ghosts, arrived in 2013, followed by the concert album John Grant and the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra: Live in Concert, the following year. Having found a new home in Iceland, Grant further established himself there by co-writing Iceland's entry in the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest, "No Prejudice," which was performed by Pollapönk. Peter Edward Clarke (born 21 August 1957, St Helens), known professionally as Budgie, is an English drummer. His first recording was with the Slits in 1979. He then became the drummer of the influential band Siouxsie and the Banshees (1979–96) and the drum-and-voice duo the Creatures (1981–2004). Budgie worked with other musicians including John Cale, Leonard Eto (formerly of the Kodo Drummers) and John Grant. In 2013, Spin rated him at No. 28 in their list of "The 100 Greatest Drummers of Alternative Music", writing: "Post-punk introduced a lot of amazing drummers, but none more influential than Budgie. With the Banshees, Budgie didn't just play rhythms—he played hooks and leads, brilliant parts that set the songs on fire. His tom-tom-intensive approach, enlightened by his awareness of world music".Spin considered his "most booming moment" to be "Into the Light", from 1981's Juju, saying: "Budgie drums up a marvel of kinetic syncopation and invention".
